Click & Collect

Arrange a click & collect appointment any weekday between 10am - 3pm.

You will need to create an account first. 

Add your required items to the basket, if you are a student of the School of Art & design you can pay with your No hidden Extra Vouchers. Alternatively, you can pay with your debit or credit card.

We will phone you to arrange a 15 minute time slot to collect your items. Please do not come to store unless you have arranged to.

Orders placed after 2pm will be ready for collection on the following day. Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be ready to collect the following Monday.

Delivery Service.

Our Delivery service will be provided by the Royal Mail.

We dispatch orders every working day. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Delivery takes between 3 and 5 working days to most areas of mainland Britain. Orders placed after 1pm will be packed for delivery on the following day. Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be packed for delivery the following Monday.

The delivery service charge is set at £4.95 and covers parcels upto 2kg. If your package weighs significantly more than this we will contact you.

Items that are A2 and A1 and cannot be rolled are unavailable for delivery.
