How can I return an item?
You can return items to us within 14 days for refund or 28 days for an exchange. You must show your receipt.
All returns are quality checked and items that do not meet our returns policy will be declined. If you have the original packaging please also return this.
Refunds that are accepted will be credited to the payment method used to place the order. For credit/debit card refunds please allow 3-10 working days for the amount to show in your account.
You can return any item that is faulty without a receipt, you just need to show proof of payment, such as a bank statement with the transaction on it. We will then be happy to refund or exchange. Please note, if you are returning a faulty pen and you have had it longer than 14 days we will be unable to refund or exchange.
